- Slide Top Ring over post
- Rotate Lock Arms toward post intersection
- Insert Lock Pin through Lock Arm holes
- Insert Lock through Lock Pin
- Lower LED Arms
- Turn on Solar Panel, point toward sun, select 3hrs. or 5+hrs. illumination
- Congratulations! Installation is complete. Light your Sign and Rider too!
